During his time at HKS Alex collaborated with the team on the overall masterplan wins of Triple Bay and Miraya. Together the team developed a detailed masterplanning package conserving, protecting and enhancing the natural environment including coral reefs, mountains and wadis. 

As each superplot was defined Alex and subsequently Alexander Saunders Limited have continued to assist HKS on multiple projects across the masterplan including the Coral Museum, Yacht Club, Wellness Resorts and Organic Farm.
